Copper Nickel (Cu-Ni) Hex Bars are mostly made up of copper and nickel, usually in 70/30 (70% Cu, 30% Ni) proportions, though other mixes like 90/10 or 80/20 are also utilized based on application need. These alloys provide excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and seawater conditions, as well as high mechanical strength and toughness. They have typical mechanical properties of tensile strength 450–550 MPa, hardness 150–200 HV, and good ductility and formability.
