The 1035 Round Bar is a medium-carbon steel grade that contains about 0.32–0.38% carbon, 0.60–0.90% manganese, along with trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur. It boasts a tensile strength ranging from 620 to 880 MPa and a yield strength of around 415 MPa, along with good ductility and wear resistance.
