Duplex Steel Flat Bars have a two-phase microstructure composed of austenite and ferrite, with a chemical composition usually comprising 21–26% Chromium, 1.5–8% Nickel, 0.3–5% Molybdenum, and 0.1–0.3% Nitrogen. This alloying yields high tensile and yield strength, as well as superior pitting and crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking resistance.
