Stainless Steel 321 Hollow Bars are titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steels that include chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–12%), carbon (≤0.08%), and titanium (≥5×C%) to boost corrosion resistance and thermal stability. They have a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. These bars excel in resisting oxidation, creep, and intergranular corrosion, especially in high-temperature conditions. The addition of titanium helps prevent carbide precipitation, ensuring reliable performance and mechanical stability even under prolonged exposure to high heat and stress.
