Stainless Steel 410 Hex Bars are a type of martensitic stainless steel, primarily made up of chromium (11.5–13.5%), carbon (up to 0.15%), manganese (up to 1.00%), silicon (up to 1.00%), along with trace amounts of sulfur and phosphorus. These bars boast a tensile strength ranging from 480 to 680 MPa, a yield strength of about 275 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 20%. They offer good corrosion resistance, high hardness, and excellent resistance to wear and heat. The material is magnetic in all conditions and can be hardened through heat treatment, ensuring it remains strong, durable, and performs well in demanding situations.
